The hype around Noida Extension's future appreciation feels a bit much sometimes, especially when you're not on the ground. I'm based in Dubai, looking to invest for 2026, but can't do site inspections easily. Should I consider Beta II ya Sector 150 for maximum appreciation in the next two years? Kya under-construction projects like Godrej or ATS still make sense, ya ready-to-move better hai for an NRI like me? With rising prices, rental yields are a concern too.
