Noida Extension builder promises are mostly marketing fluff

The delivery promises by most Noida Extension builders are just marketing fluff, especially for those 'luxury' projects. From my experience, only a handful like Godrej or ATS maintain any semblance of a timeline. Baaki builders ka toh project delay common baat hai, sometimes 2-3 years late. Construction quality is another big headache. Everyone talks about the grand designs, but nobody mentions the plaster cracks or seepage issues that start showing up just a year after possession in these ₹80L-₹1.5Cr flats. I've seen this pattern with multiple projects in Sectors like 150 and 137. Builders like Gaursons or ACE Group, kya scene hai unka actual ground pe in terms of finishing? Are they truly delivering on quality and time in Noida Extension, or is it mostly just marketing? Change my mind.
