Noida Extension builder quality claims are often just marketing
Noida Extension — I'm seriously considering upgrading here. Currently in a 2BHK near Knowledge Park, planning to jump to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. My budget is around ₹1.2Cr to ₹1.8Cr. I've been eyeing projects from Godrej, ATS, Gaurs, and ACE. Honestly, my biggest worries are construction quality and delivery timelines. Heard stories about plaster cracks or seepage showing up soon after possession. And possession delays... I'm already on an EMI, can't afford more stress. For those who've taken possession from say, Mahagun or Gulshan Homz recently, how's the actual build quality holding up? Did they stick to their RERA dates? Is the premium for ATS or Godrej really justified in terms of finish and delivery, or are Gaurs and ACE equally reliable now? Am I overthinking the quality aspect?

Totally understand your stress, bhai. Same boat here. My friend booked with Mahagun in Alpha 2, Greater Noida, and the quality after possession was not great. Seepage issues started within a year. Did you check their new projects in Noida Extension?
