Noida Extension builders: Are big names really for end-users?
Was supposed to decide by last month but abhi bhi confused hoon with builders in Noida Extension. My budget is around ₹80L-₹1.2Cr for a 2BHK ya small 3BHK, mostly in Sector 150 ya near FNG. Honestly, everyone talks about ATS and Godrej for their brand name, but I feel like their projects are more for investors who flip. End-users ko kya milta hai? Just higher prices, shayad. I'm worried about hidden charges at possession, like extra PLC ya maintenance deposits. Aur construction quality? Suna hai M3M aur Gaursons ke projects mein bhi finishing issues aate hain after a year. Is it really worth paying a premium for these big names agar quality same hai? Ya fir these are just investor-friendly projects with good resale value but actual living experience isn't that great? Mujhe toh lagta hai they just build and move on. Change my mind, people who actually live there. Which builder is genuinely good for end-users in Noida Extension?

Totally relate yaar. Mera bhi same budget hai, aur Sector 150 mein hi dekh raha hoon. ATS aur Godrej ke naam sunte hi lagta hai, bhai yeh toh bas branding hai. End-user ke liye kuch khaas value offer karte bhi hain ya nahi, samajh nahi aata. Sirf investor-friendly projects lagte hain.
