Noida Extension builders: Are quality and hidden charges the new normal?

Construction quality from some of the big names in Noida Extension is seriously disappointing, and I'm not sure if it's just my experience. Just got possession of my 3BHK in Sector 150 a couple months back, with Godrej. Tbh, the finishing issues are a headache – minor cracks, seepage in one bathroom already. Friends who moved into ATS projects nearby also mentioned similar quality concerns, especially with plasterwork. I keep hearing about hidden charges too, like PLC and IDC, that pop up at possession. Did anyone face this with Gaursons or ACE? My budget was around ₹1.2 Cr, so every extra lakh pinched. Also, how responsive are these builders post-possession? Getting Godrej's team to fix things feels like pulling teeth. Any tips for getting them to act?
