Noida Extension builders don't negotiate, period.
Sector 70A, Noida Extension — I'm looking at Dharohar Realty for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK near FNG, thinking of moving to something bigger, maybe 1500 sqft. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr max. Okay, I'll say what no one says: negotiation in Noida Extension is a total joke, especially for end-users. Builders just don't budge much, do they? They'll quote ₹1.3 Cr but after PLC, parking, stamp duty, it's easily ₹1.6 Cr. Everyone talks about Jewar Airport driving prices, but nobody mentions ki builders are just using it as an excuse to keep prices firm. Matlab, kitna discount expect kar sakte ho realistically? 1-2% max? I'm trying to figure out the *true* all-in cost before commitment. Are there any hidden charges that pop up near possession time with Dharohar? Change my mind: negotiation is dead here.
