Noida Extension builders: my first-time buyer confusion

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Noida Extension mein 2BHK ya 3BHK dekh raha hoon, budget around 90L-1.2Cr. Godrej, ATS, aur Gaursons ke projects dekhe hain. Sab achhe lag rahe but delivery time aur construction quality ka real feedback chahiye. Mahagun aur ACE Group ka kya scene hai? Koi batao customer support kaisa rehta hai after booking? Not sure kis pe trust karu.
