Noida Extension builders: my own purchase is making me cynical

What's the real ground reality for builder quality in Noida Extension? I'm in real estate, but buying my own 3BHK for around ₹1.2 Cr in projects like ATS or Godrej is making me question everything. Everyone glorifies ATS for their designs, but unki construction quality aur post-possession support ka kya? Matlab, hairline cracks, seepage issues common hain after a year, sahi hai na? Godrej ke hidden charges bhi kam nahi hain, PLC, EDC yeh sab last minute bomb lagte hain. Aur Gaurs Group, while known for delivery, quality mein sometimes compromise karte hain. Post-booking customer support toh sabka hi 'ghosting' game hai. Is it just me or do all these builders play the same super area vs carpet area games? I need honest feedback from actual residents. Are Noida Extension projects really worth the premium for IT professionals like us? Change my mind.
