Noida Extension builders: negotiation is a myth!
Noida Extension mein negotiation sach mein kaam karta hai kya? I'm fed up of renting, checking out Sector 151 projects like Keltech Infrastructure. Builders like them kitna kam karte hain price? Base price ke alawa aur kya hidden charges hote hain jo end mein surprise karte hain? Should I expect a lot of PLC ya OC charges?
