Chi V Greater Noida mein Experion ka project dekha hai. Renting se pakka tang aa gaya hoon, ab apna ghar lena hai. ₹80L ke aas paas ka 3BHK dekh raha hoon. Builders bolte hain discount nahi hai, par kya real mein negotiation nahi hoti? Yaar, kitna tak off kar sakte hain total price pe? Aur yeh stamp duty, registration ke alawa aur kya hidden charges hote hain jo end mein surprise dete hain? Sunn raha hoon log 2-3 lakh extra pay karte hain. Koi experience share karega?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! 'No discount' is the biggest lie. They always have some wiggle room, especially if you push hard or if it's a ready-to-move unit. Aur hidden charges toh ek alag hi chapter hai, maine suna hai maintenance advance, club membership, IFMS sab add karte hain.

Absolutely! U2 is right. Maintenance advance, club membership, IFMS toh common hai. Mera builder toh 'corpus fund' aur 'legal charges' bhi separately add kar raha tha, which were a shocker at the time of agreement. Be prepared for those.
