Hidden charges are daylight robbery. Mahagun stung us with massive maintenance deposits and PLC at possession. Did Godrej or Gaursons do this too? How did you handle it?

Exactly! This is why I'm so confused. I was looking at a property in Gaursons SmartHomes near Alpha I Greater Noida. The sales rep was all buttering us up, but my gut feeling says there will be some hidden bomb at possession. Can anyone who got possession from Gaursons confirm if they faced these unexpected charges? Especially the club membership or IFMS charges they suddenly spring on you?
Same here. Gaursons Ki property mein club membership ke naam pe achha khaasa loot liya. They just don't disclose these things upfront.
Haan, Gaursons ka toh suno hi mat. My brother got possession for his flat in Gaursons 14th Avenue, usko bhi Rs 1.5 lakh extra dene pade for IFMS and other 'mandatory' charges. Bola ki society form hone ke baad refund ho jaayega, but who knows when that will happen. Builders make a killing this way.
Yaar, Mahagun ka toh sunke hi darr lagta hai. My friend booked in Godrej Woodsman and he told me similar stories of last-minute shockers. PLC aur maintenance deposits toh jaise standard practice ho gaya hai ab. Kahan se laayein itna extra paisa at the end?
