I bought in this area 3 years ago. Back then, prices were much lower. Now, it's crazy! But the infrastructure has improved a lot.
Be careful – Supertech has 3 other delayed projects in Noida. Do your research before paying anything extra.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. Paid for a swimming pool that's still under construction after 5 years!

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago in Sector 75. They tried to charge me for 'club membership' which I never asked for. I refused to pay and threatened to take them to court. Eventually, they backed down.
Check your agreement carefully. PLC should be clearly defined. If it's not, you have a strong case.
