Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Just got possession of my 2BHK in Sector 150 last month. Builder ne initially jo bola tha, utne mein toh kuch nahi hua. Maintenance, PLC, legal fees... these hidden costs are draining! Is this normal in Noida Extension? What did you guys do?

Absolutely normal, unfortunately! I booked my 3BHK in Sector 16B two years ago. Builder ne bola tha "all-inclusive" price. RERA ka kya faayda phir? Builders toh phir bhi aise loot rahe hain. Be careful guys, always read the fine print.
Exactly! Mera friend ne Ajayabpur mein liya tha, usko bhi 12% extra dena pada. Builder toh pehle kuch batate hi nahi properly. Yeh toh common practice lag raha hai, bro.
