Noida extension buyers - what's your possession experience?

Supertech, Ajnara, Amrapali... so many delayed projects in Noida Extension. Honestly not sure if anyone got possession on time! My cousin booked with Supertech in 2014; still waiting. Heard Amrapali was a disaster, but what about Ajnara? My wife's priority is a safe area for the kids, and these delays are killing us. Anyone actually get their flat? What hidden charges popped up at possession? Should I just rent instead?
