Noida Extension: Confused about future growth areas
Chi III Greater Noida – been looking here for a 2BHK, landlord just hiked rent again so I'm finally taking the plunge. Fed up of renting, yaar. My budget's around ₹80L, maybe ₹90L max. I'm trying to figure out which areas in Noida Extension will really benefit most from the Jewar Airport and Aqua Line Metro Extension. Everyone talks about the future, but which sectors specifically? Is it still worth buying near Pari Chowk, ya should I be looking more towards the newer parts of Noida Extension for better long-term appreciation? Pan Realtors ke projects kaise hain, especially considering their possession track record? Heard some mixed reviews. Should I wait a bit longer for prices to stabilize, ya abhi right time hai to invest? Not sure if under-construction projects are too risky now after all the RERA issues. Confused about the ROI potential in different zones. Any gyaan on specific projects near the Eastern Peripheral Expressway?
