My budget's finalized, but Noida Extension construction quality has me worried. For ATS Knightsbridge, will cracks and seepage appear post-possession? That kills resale value and means higher maintenance. Are the clubhouses actually used, ya bas show-off hai for premium pricing? Investor perspective se, is the long-term value there?

ATS ka track record accha hai but Knightsbridge is premium. Construction quality mein compromise mushkil hai, but seepage can happen anywhere if not maintained. My friend booked in Alpha II, usko bhi yahi tension thi.
