Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Sector 152. Everyone says go direct to Nitya Home for a better deal. But honestly, aren't brokers better for getting pre-launch discounts or finding underpriced units? I think brokers have more leverage for the *real* deals. Change my mind.
