Totally feel you! Suthiyana looks good on paper but builder reputation and actual prices are so murky. Great Value se negotiation kitna expect kar sakte hain? And any idea about Geoworks' delivery track record?

Geoworks ka track record mixed hai. My cousin booked with them near Ajayabpur, possession mein 1.5 saal delay hua. Negotiation on base price is tough, but they might offer free registry or car parking. Small things.
