Noida Extension downsizing — any insights?
Downsizing in Noida Extension feels more complex than buying our first home, honestly. Kids have moved out, so I'm looking at a compact flat, maybe in Pinnacle Neelkanth Villa or Contour Sukhbiri Estate. Builder ka track record kaisa hai in projects? Total cost of ownership, including maintenance, kitna padega? Hospital proximity is important. Any advice on these projects for a peaceful retirement?

Yaar, downsizing toh theek hai, but Pinnacle Neelkanth Villa ka RERA status kya hai? 'Rera Not Applicable' sunke thoda darr lag raha hai as a first-time buyer. Builder ka track record bhi pata nahi, koi insights hain kya?
RERA not applicable means ya toh project bahut chhota hai (like 8 units in Pinnacle) ya phir they found a loophole. Personally, main toh avoid karunga bina proper RERA ke.
