Noida Extension: Downsizing, which project makes sense?

Noida Extension — kids have moved out, so I'm looking to sell our big house and downsize. Don't need such a huge place anymore, want something manageable, low maintenance. I'm checking out Dridha Elite, it's upcoming, and Keltech Imperial Greens, which is ongoing. Dridha seems more budget-friendly, but Keltech ka price range kaafi upar hai. My main concern is actual usable amenities aur maintenance cost. Keltech ke amenities kya worth it hain ya sirf dikhawe ke? Aur Dridha Elite mein floor plan efficiency kaisi hai for a compact 2BHK? Don't want wasted space. Aap log kya recommend karoge for a quiet, comfortable living? Resale of existing property ke baad yahi manage karna hai.
