Noida Extension families — what's your Amrapali Zodiac experience?

I'll be honest, upgrading to a 3BHK for the kids is proving tougher than I thought. We're considering Amrapali Zodiac in Noida Extension. Is it genuinely good for daily family living? My wife's priority is the community vibe and if the 3BHK floor plans truly feel spacious. Are good schools nearby? What's the noise and safety for kids like there?

Bhai, Amrapali naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Unka track record pichle kuch saalon mein bahut kharab raha hai. Even though this project is completed (Possession date 2019-12-01), ek baar RERA number UPRERAPRJ5667 check kar lo. Kahin koi hidden issues na hon baad mein. Family ke liye le rahe ho toh safety aur builder ki reliability sabse pehle aati hai.
