Noida Extension: First-time buyer, big confusion!
Visited a few projects last weekend in Noida Extension, especially around Sector 150. Godrej, ATS, Gaursons ke projects dekhe. Matlab, sab bade claims karte hain quality pe, but real reviews kya hain? I'm worried about plaster cracks, seepage issues, ya finishing problems after possession. My budget is around ₹80L for a 2BHK, so I can't afford big repair bills later. Aur ye hidden charges ka kya scene hai? Booking ke time kuch aur bolte hain, phir possession pe suddenly PLC, EDC, registry ke naam pe extra paise maangte hain. Mahagun ya ACE group ke saath kisi ko aisa experience hua hai? Honestly, I'm not sure if these builders are transparent. Customer support bhi kitna important hai, after booking, do they even pick up the phone? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kaunsa builder better hai. Any advice?

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! Exact same confusion here. Noida Extension mein project dekh raha hoon aur sab marketing hype lagta hai. Meri bhi ₹80L budget hai 2BHK ke liye, aur quality pe compromise nahi karna chahta. Kon sa builder genuine hai, samajh nahi aata.
