All-in cost for a flat in Noida Extension is never what they quote initially. Just got possession of my 2BHK in Panchsheel Green last month. Builders like Prithvi Sales Corporation show one price, but then PLC, stamp duty, OC sab add ho gaya. Mera total ₹78L cross kar gaya. Kya construction-linked payment plan mein negotiation ka scope hota hai ya ye sab standard hai?
