Since last Diwali, I've been looking to downsize in Noida Extension. Kids are settled, so a smaller, manageable flat is the goal. Greenbay Golf Village ki society aur open spaces achi lag rahi hain, but maintenance high suni hai. Dridha Elite ke floor plans usable lag rahe hain and it's in budget. But upcoming project ka society vibe aur final maintenance ka kya scene hoga? Any thoughts on which offers better long-term comfort for retired life?
