Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 112, specifically RN Homes ke projects. I just moved into my new flat last month and honestly, things nobody told me earlier about hidden charges are quite frustrating. Total acquisition cost was way more than just the property price, yaar. Broker ne toh bas base price bataya tha. Kya logon ko bhi OC, PLC aur maintenance deposit mein unexpected costs face hue hain? Yeh sab pehle se kaise factor karein?

Yaar, OC aur PLC toh standard ho gaya hai but the way they hide it is criminal. Jab maine Alistonia Estate mein book kiya tha, base price bola ₹6000/sqft. Par jab final calculations aaye, toh ₹7200/sqft pad gaya
Bhai, totally relate! RN Homes ya koi bhi builder ho, sabka yahi haal hai. Mujhe bhi Sector 112 mein aise hi surprise mila tha. Lagta hai yeh sab common practice hai.
