Noida Extension infra boost: Is it already priced in?

My lease ends in three months, looking for a 2BHK in Noida Extension, budget around ₹70-80L. Everyone talks about Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway ka impact. Is this infrastructure growth already priced into properties in Sector 137 ya Greater Noida West? Should I expect more appreciation? Confused if abhi entry point sahi hai ya thoda wait karna chahiye.

Bhai, same confusion here! I've been tracking Noida Extension for a year now. ₹70-80L for a 2BHK, that's already a good chunk. Most of the 'infra growth' hype seems to be priced in, especially in sectors closer to the FNG like 137 or even parts of Greater Noida West. Builders have definitely hiked prices citing these future developments. I'm worried ki abhi entry lenge aur phir growth stagnant ho jaye. Jewar is still years away from full operationality, aur FNG ka full impact bhi time lega. Thoda wait karna better option lag raha
