Noida Extension infra delays: Builder promises vs. reality?

Two years ago, I thought this was sorted. Booked a 3BHK near Sector 163, hoping Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway would ensure timely possession. Builder promised mid-2024, ab toh construction bilkul slow ho gaya hai. Kids have moved out, we need a manageable place, but this delay is costing us. Are other builders like Gaursons or Mahagun also facing such issues near these infra projects? Kya timeline for these projects realistic hai? How do you deal with these constant builder delays in Noida Extension?
