Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab Noida Extension mein 3BHK ya villa dekh raha hoon. Currently 2BHK mein hoon, family badh rahi hai. Metro extension aur expressways se prices kitne badhe hain? Panchsheel Green ya uske paas koi specific pocket jahan infra ka real impact dikha ho? Is that price jump worth it?

Sach bolun toh, prices already bahut upar chale gaye hain. Infrastructure toh ban raha hai, but utna value for money nahi lag raha ab. Ek saal pehle jo rates the, ab toh soch bhi nahi sakte.
Bhai, Noida Extension toh ab next big thing hai! Metro connectivity aur expressways ne game change kar diya hai. Prices toh badhenge hi, it's inevitable. Good time to invest if you ask me.
