Hello everyone, new to the forum! I'm a first-time buyer and super confused. Since last Diwali, I'm eyeing flats in Noida Extension. Jewar Airport aur FNG Expressway kaafi news mein hai. Sab bol rahe hain yahan prices rocket honge. But honestly, not sure which specific areas will see real, sustainable appreciation from these projects. Builder brochures toh sab golden dikhaate hain. Kahan invest karein abhi, kya lagta hai? Koi real insights mile toh help hogi!
