Noida Extension infra promises are just hot air

My 3BHK in Gaurs Siddhartham cost ₹95 lakh, and I moved in last month expecting the Aqua Line extension towards Noida Extension to be much further along. The builder really pushed the metro connectivity as a selling point. Now I'm stuck with longer commutes, and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway isn't cutting it for daily travel to Delhi. It feels like all the big infrastructure promises here, like the Aqua Line and even Jewar Airport, are constantly facing delays. Is it just my society, or are others seeing these timelines slip too? Honestly, I'm worried about the impact on my property value and daily life. What's the real ground reality for these projects?
