Noida Extension investment: Good idea or not?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida Extension. What's your take on the current market conditions? Buyer's market hai kya abhi? I'm looking for something with good rental yield potential. Sector 115 mein vatsalaya ke projects kaise hain? Has anyone invested there? What's the expected appreciation in that area in the next 3-5 years? Mujhe advice chahiye on under-construction vs ready-to-move properties. Which one is better for ROI? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the risks of investing in under-construction projects? Not sure if it's worth it. Any suggestions? What do you think?
