Just moved to Noida Extension last month. Is it really worth investing here now? Prices seem high already. Also, 2BHK vs 3BHK for rental yield? What do you think? Heard Resi Home Infra is good, but are they? Any suggestions, yaar? Mujhe advice chahiye!
