Noida Extension investor blind spots nobody mentions

Noida Extension keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting. Everyone glorifies the fancy clubhouses, but nobody talks about the actual parking situation. Is it just me, or is the lottery-based parking for Gaursons Atulyam a huge red flag for investors? How does that even work for tenant attraction or resale down the line? And security systems – are they just for show, or do they actually have good visitor management and guard quality? Change my mind.
