What's the real story with construction quality and maintenance in Amrapali Zodiac, Noida Extension? I've seen how poor build quality, like early seepage or fitting issues, crushes resale value and inflates long-term maintenance. Are the promised amenities actually delivered and maintained well, or do they just sit unused, hiking up charges without attracting good tenants? From an investment standpoint, I'm trying to gauge the true ROI here. Any owner experiences?

Meri toh ek friend ne book kiya tha Amrapali Zodiac mein. She got possession eventually, but the initial phase was a nightmare. Tiles cracking, bathroom fittings leaking, aur lift
Totally agree with the original post. I'm also eyeing Zodiac, but this construction quality thing worries me sick. Iska RERA number kya hai, koi confirm kar sakta hai? I want to check its status myself before even thinking further.
RERA pe toh completed dikha raha hai, possession date 2019-12-01 hai. Lekin real possession aur physical handover mein farak hota hai. Bahut log complain karte hain ki interior work abhi bhi pending hai.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Amrapali ka naam sunte hi darr lagne lagta hai. My friend booked in their other project near Alpha I Greater Noida aur abhi tak possession ka rona ro raha hai. Zodiac completed toh hai, but is that just on paper? The post mentioned seepage issues, that's my biggest fear. Re-sale value toh tab banegi na jab quality achhi ho. Any owners here jo bata sakein ki actual ground reality kya hai?
