Promised amenities are often the biggest lie builders tell, especially in Noida Extension. I've seen this pattern too many times, aur iska direct impact ROI pe aata hai. Clubhouse aur sports facilities ka kya fayda agar wo under-utilized hain ya maintenance theek nahi? Tenants ko attract karne ke liye ye sab dikhta toh hai, but actual utility kitni hai?
