Visited a couple projects in Gated Community last month. From my experience, current valuations seem stretched. Previous cycles mein bhi aise hi hua tha. Calculated risk hai for ROI? Sahi time hai Noida Extension mein?

Totally agree with you! Hometech Global ka Alpha I Greater Noida mein project dekha tha, rates bahut hi zyada the. Lagta hai builders bas inflate kar rahe hain prices without any real growth.
