Secondary market mein kya koi actual price correction zones hain Noida Extension mein? I just bought a 2BHK near Sector 78, from Kutumbh Buildwell Llp, for around ₹70L. Builder ne toh spot discount ke naam pe bas thoda bahut hi diya. Brokers bhi bolte hain sab fixed hai. But I feel like I could've squeezed more. Yaar, is it just me or do brokers not really help with getting a better deal? Matlab, new projects mein they just push inventory, right? Anyone found a hidden gem ya koi underpriced property? Sach mein, I'm curious if there's any leverage for investors here.

They never really negotiate, do they? Lagta hai hum first-time buyers ko bas inventory clear karne ke liye use karte hain.
