₹7000 per sqft? I'm based in Dubai and can't visit myself. Sunworld claims OC mil gaya, but construction quality reports are mixed. Meanwhile, ATS ka track record is generally better, right? Anyone faced hidden charges from either? I need a property manager, so resale value matters. Change my mind.

ATS greens is generally considered better quality. But their maintenance charges are insane!
Haan yaar, maintenance charges are a killer. They'll bleed you dry after possession.
Resale value ke liye, proximity to the upcoming metro line matters a lot. Check which sectors will benefit the most.

ATS is definitely better, but even they have hidden charges. Read the fine print, especially on parking and club membership. I got burned on that!

Sunworld City? Or Sunworld Vanalika? City mein phir bhi theek hai, Vanalika kaafi delayed hai.

7000 per sqft in Noida Extension? Bhai, that's steep! Sunworld ka OC toh mila hai, but finishing is always suspect. ATS is safer, but resale value depends on the sector. Think long term, NRI friend.
Exactly! Sunworld OC mil gaya is just half the battle. Interior fit-out dekho... they cut corners everywhere.
