Noida Extension is a gamble, not an investment.

Okay I'll say what no one says: Noida Extension is overhyped. Everyone glorifies it for 'affordability' but nobody talks about the resale value. I made a mistake buying there earlier. Sector 19 is much better. Rent vs buy, the math rarely works in Noida Extension from my experience. EMI is almost always higher than rent. Plus, the builder quality? Honestly not sure if it's worth the headache. K V Developers are better in that regard. The data shows returns are slow. I've seen this pattern before. Calculated risk nahi hai, just plain risk. Change my mind.
