Noida Extension is a trap for first-time buyers

₹18,000 rent this year. Enough is enough, I'm finally buying! Been looking at Noida Extension, but honestly not sure. Hans Group projects look tempting, but read some scary reviews. Sector 168 seems better, maybe? EMI vs rent math is killing me. Should I just stick with renting? Under-construction scares me after hearing so many horror stories. Koi advice do yaar? Is it worth the headache?
