Noida Extension is better ROI than main Noida – change my mind

Noida Extension keeps popping up. Need a bigger place, kids growing up fast. My wife's priority is a safe area. Looked at 3BHK in Sector 143A, but prices are high. AVJ Group has some projects there, but honestly not sure if it's worth the premium. Noida Extension mein, I'm seeing bigger flats for less. Is the connectivity really that bad? Should I just deal with the extra commute for better ROI and space? What do you guys think?
