Just moved into my 2BHK in Noida Extension. Possession was in March. Honestly, Sector 10 mein prices are crazy high. My friend bought almost the same sqft for way less in Noida Extension. Is the premium really worth it? Am I missing something? Regal Emporia Infratech sahi toh hai na?
