Based in Dubai, I'm weighing Noida Extension vs Sector 98. Sector 98 seems overpriced. Noida Extension offers more sqft for the same price, right? Rental yields seem higher there too. Radhey Krishna Techno Build Pvt. Ltd. has projects in both. Am I missing something? Can't visit easily, tbh.

I think you need to visit Noida once, even for a day. Pictures don't tell the whole story.
Ultimately depends on your risk appetite and investment horizon. If you want quick returns, Noida Extension might be better. If you want long-term stability, Sector 98.
