Sector 56 is too expensive now, honestly. Noida Extension mein abhi bhi scope hai. Dasnac project mein dekha tha. Rental yield bhi better mil raha hai. What's your take? Am I missing something? Maybe I'm wrong. Investment horizon 5-7 years ke liye, sahi hai kya?

Market conditions are changing rapidly. Interest rates are rising. It might be a good time to negotiate hard with the builder.
Ultimately, it boils down to personal preference and financial goals. Both locations have their pros and cons.
Noida Extension offers better affordability and potential for future growth. Sector 56 is already developed and expensive. Choose wisely!
So, OP, what did you decide? Did you go with Dasnac in Noida Extension or are you considering other options?
Don't forget to factor in the registry charges and other hidden costs. Builders love to add extra charges at the last minute.
The new metro line extension will definitely boost prices in Noida Extension. That's something to keep in mind.
I think it depends on your risk appetite. Sector 56 is a safer bet, but Noida Extension offers higher potential returns (with higher risk).
Anyone have recent experience with possession in Gaur City? Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Just venting my frustration.
What's the current rate per sqft in the Dasnac project you saw? Sector 56 mein toh easily 12k+ chal raha hai.
Noida Extension is definitely more affordable. But don't expect the same kind of lifestyle as Sector 56. It's a different world altogether.
Lifestyle is overrated. ROI is what matters! :D
Investment horizon 5-7 years ke liye, Noida Extension can be a good bet. But do your due diligence on the builder. RERA is your friend!
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I was confused between Sector 75 and Noida Extension. Finally went with Sector 75 due to better connectivity. No regrets so far.
Sector 75 is a good choice too. Close to the metro and has good amenities.
I bought a 2BHK in Noida Extension 5 years ago. Price appreciation has been good, but rental income is not as high as I expected. Infrastructure is still developing. Metro connectivity will definitely help though.
Which sector in Noida Extension? Some sectors are better connected than others.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Infrastructure takes forever to develop. But once it does, prices will skyrocket.
Sector 56 is good if you are looking for ready to move in. Noida Extension mein abhi bhi construction chal raha hai everywhere. Pollution bhi bahut hai.
True that. Sector 56 has well-developed infrastructure and is closer to Delhi.
Bhai, builder ke promises pe mat jao. Visit the site, talk to existing residents, and check the amenities completion rate. I made the mistake of booking based on the brochure. Abhi tak swimming pool nahi bana hai lol.
Totally agree! Sector 56 is saturated. Noida Extension has more potential for appreciation in the next 5-7 years. I invested in Gaur City, and the returns have been decent.
Rental yield better? Are you sure? Sector 56 mein corporate offices ke wajah se rent toh high hona chahiye na? I thought Noida Extension had lower rental yields due to the sheer number of apartments.
U4, that's a good point. Rental yield in Sector 56 is definitely higher. But the initial investment is also significantly higher. So, net ROI might be comparable, or even better in Noida Extension if you get a good deal.
Exactly! Initial investment is key. Sector 56 is out of reach for many now. Noida Extension offers a more affordable entry point.
But occupancy rates bhi toh dekhna chahiye. Noida Extension mein kitne flats khali pade hain?
Dasnac... Be careful! Check their past projects. Delayed possessions are a common complaint. RERA registration number verify kar lo pehle.
Bhai, Sector 56 is prime location, no doubt. But ROI wise, Noida Extension might be better. Depends on the builder and project, though. Which Dasnac project are you talking about?
