Noida Extension: Is high-end luxury worth the gamble for NRIs?
Did some deep dive into Noida Extension projects this weekend from Dubai. Everyone glorifies ATS Knightsbridge for its luxury, but honestly, that ₹10 Cr+ price tag in Noida Extension feels insane. For an NRI investor like me, Exotica Fresco looks like a much safer bet, being completed. I mean, Knightsbridge is still under-construction. Who wants that delivery risk jab main India mein nahi hoon? Exotica Fresco mein immediate rental income possible hai, aur managing a ready property via power of attorney is way simpler. Plus, will Knightsbridge really give 5-year appreciation to justify that huge initial capital? I'm thinking Exotica Fresco offers better rental potential and less headache for someone like me. Am I missing something big here? Change my mind.
