Noida Extension: Is Sector 155 worth the hype?

Fed up of renting! Landlord raised rent *again*. Thinking of buying in Sector 155, Noida Extension. Prices seem okay, but is it really worth it? I heard water supply is an issue sometimes. Also, how's the commute to Delhi? Is the metro connectivity actually good, or a total nightmare during peak hours? Honestly not sure if I should take the plunge. Any residents willing to share their experience?
