Noida Extension is still the best bet for first-timers

I'm finally taking the plunge and buying a place in Noida. Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent AGAIN. Honestly, EMI vs rent math is finally making sense. I'm looking at Noida Extension, specifically around Yakubpur. Seems like you get more for your money there, right? L&T Realty projects are tempting but are they worth the extra cost compared to other builders in that area? Has anyone else faced this dilemma? Am I missing something? Should I consider resale instead of new projects?
