Noida Extension is still worth the risk, right?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 158, Noida, but thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK near Noida Extension. Seeing so many under-construction projects by Bamatech Builder. Possession delays se darr lagta hai, tbh. Is it worth the risk for the lower price? Already have a home loan, so EMI will increase a lot. Noida vs Noida Extension, where will my money actually grow faster? Koi idea hai?
