Okay, I'll say it: everyone glorifies Sector 19, but Noida Extension is better value. My wife's priority is kids' school admission, and honestly, the schools are comparable. Paying double for Sector 19 doesn't make sense. Change my mind. Is Tribeca Creators LLP a safe bet there? Disagree? Tell me why.

Honestly, with property rates rising everywhere, even Noida Extension seems expensive now.
Noida Extension offers bigger apartments for the same price. That's a big plus for families.
My friend bought in Sector 78. Says it's a good balance between affordability and amenities. Maybe look there too?
At the end of the day, it depends on your budget and priorities. If you can afford Sector 19, go for it. If not, Noida Extension is a good alternative.
So, OP, did we change your mind about Noida Extension being better value? What's your decision?
Don't just look at the price per sqft. Consider the carpet area. Sector 19 apartments might have a higher built-up area but lower carpet area.
My wife and I visited a few Tribeca Creators projects. They look good on paper, but the construction quality seemed average.
The new metro line will definitely boost prices in Noida Extension. Abhi time hai invest karne ka.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. They promised a swimming pool and clubhouse, but it's still not ready after 5 years.
Sector 19 is centrally located. Easier access to Delhi. That's a big advantage.

Last I checked, it was delayed. Check their RERA registration on the UP RERA website.
Sector 150 is the new premium. Better than both, IMHO.

Schools are comparable? Which schools in Noida Extension are you comparing to DPS or Amity in Sector 30? Be realistic, dost.
There are some pretty good schools in Extension now. Ryan International, DPS World... not as established, but decent.
U7, you're right, the *top* schools are still in central Noida, but the difference isn't worth the price gap, especially for younger kids.
I bought in Gaur City 2 three years ago. Paid 4500/sqft. Now it's almost 7000! Best decision ever.
Noida Extension is good for investment, but for living, Sector 19 is still better. My parents live there, so I'm biased.
Tribeca Creators? Be very careful. I know someone who invested in their project and possession is delayed by 2 years.

Bhai, I agree. Sector 19 is overpriced. You're paying for the 'prestige' only. Noida Extension has better infrastructure now and is constantly improving. Schools are good enough.
Totally agree yaar! Sector 19 mein kya hai? Old houses, congested roads. Extension is planned better.
Disagree. Sector 19 has better connectivity and is more developed. Schools, hospitals, markets - sab kuch paas mein hai. Noida Extension is still developing.
Connectivity is improving in Extension with the metro coming up. Give it time.
U3, true that it's more developed NOW, but at what cost? Double the price? Not worth it for everyone.
Tribeca Creators... hmm, I've heard mixed reviews. RERA registration number check karo before investing.
