Selling our big house is taking time, but I'm already looking at compact flats in Noida Extension. Nitya Home Developers ke projects Sector 152 mein dekhe hain. But all-in cost ka calculation samajh nahi aa raha. Base price ke alawa stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, maintenance deposit... yeh sab milakar total kitna banega? Koi real final price estimate karne ka tareeka hai ya yeh sab builders ka trick hai?
